I have been working with Katie for the last few weeks and I truly believe that my life is changed. I was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos within the last year and am still learning a lot about how to best manage my symptoms. Katie has taught me how to prevent blood sugar crashes by maintaining my protein throughout the day, which foods will help reduce my inflammation, and how good can help me feel better overall.
